Our mission at Women in Chess is to advocate for, and empower, women in the chess community. We strive to create a safer, more inclusive, environment for women at chess tournaments, while also promoting women's chess through marketing and outreach efforts. By increasing visibility and opportunities for women in chess, we aim to inspire the next generation of female chess players and elevate the game for all.

Our advocates initiative aims to provide independent advocates at chess tournaments to create a safer environment and support any players who may need it.
Safe-Play Guideline Reform
Women in Chess is here to help Federations and Chess Clubs reform safe play guidelines by integrating prevention measures, improving reporting mechanisms, and providing more comprehensive victim support.
Marketing Women’s Chess
Our foundation is committed to promoting and supporting women’s chess events by providing resources to assist tournament organizers and players.
