Current safety and reporting resources are not to the standard they should be. Nonetheless, if you or someone you know is a victim of misconduct below are safety and reporting resources to utilise if you would like to take the route of reporting or finding support beyond WICF.

Reporting Resources:
Report to FIDE Ethic and Disciplinary:
Need:
A written statement, made and signed by the Complainant, setting out details of the identity, position and contact details of the accused person, details of the relevant act or incident, the nature of the alleged misconduct and the evidence in support thereof.
Documentary proof such as letters, reports, e-mail exchanges, text messages, Internet articles, webpage images and social media copies may be used as exhibits in the complaint and must be separately marked with an identifying number and submitted in PDF.
Complaint lodgement fee of 75 Euros.

Report to the French Chess Federation:
To make a complaint to the French Chess Federation it must be sent to the headquarters of the Federation, for the attention of the Federal Office, by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipts, accompanied by the documents on the basis of which it is motivated.

Report to the Dutch Chess Federation:
Reports of sexual harassment and inappropriate behavior can be made to the KNSB Confidential Contact Person (VCP). This can also be done anonymously. The VCP of the KNSB is Anneke Pruijssers – De Jong.

Report to the Norwegian Chess Federation:
Common Notification Portal for Norwegian Chess
Notifications submitted are received and handled by the confederations' joint notification committee. The notification committee consists of general secretary Kristine Marie Ganz, Trond Young (USF) and Aud Norunn Røsok Strand (NSF).
Report to the Swedish Chess Federation:
Reports can be made through the SSF whistle blowing platform: WhistleB
Report to the Finnish Chess Federation:
To report to the Finnish Chess Federation, one must submit a written report either by post or email to a disciplinary officer within 14 days of the alleged misconduct. It is unclear who exactly a disciplinary officer is, but more information can be acquired from the Chairman of the Chess Referee Committee KvT Mika Hakala, mika.hakala@mikahakala.fi.
